Ayam Gulai Lemak Cili Padi Negeri Sembilan

Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg chicken
A:
- 20 bird's chilies (finely blended)
- 3 cm fresh turmeric (finely blended)
- 3 shallots, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 stalks lemon grass, lightly crushed
- 500ml coconut milk, thin
- 250 water
- 2 chicken stock cubes (Maggi ®)
- Clean and cut chicken into 12 pieces. In a saucepan, stir in ingredients A and add chicken pieces. Cook over low heat until water dries up.
- Stir in coconut milk, water and chicken stock cubes. Cook over low heat. Stir continuously.
